Miscarriage

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

As stated in title, sadly i would like to share that i had a miscarriage about a week ago (27 April 2018). =(

Its already pantang day 4 (i conclude to start pantang on Sunday, 29 April 2018 after confirmed complete miscarriage through ultrasound scan at Amanjaya Specialist)

Xpa, ada hikmahnya tu, insya Allah.

Actually, xda planning untuk dapat baby lagi dis yr, Zara n Aulea just started school (preschool) this year, so i plan to have a balance lifestyle first, and to focus more on my job and family especially mak n ayah tgh x sihat, trying new things in dentistry.. and maybe proper diet.. haha

then suddenly i realized that my period scheduled for april had delayed about 15 days already. checked UPT on 19 April 2018 and it turned out to be double-line. OMG. surprised and also excited actually, but i tried not to be overjoyed, because sometime it can be false positive.

then alhamdulillah, there was this ceremony on 24 April 2018, i got Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang for 2017 in Alor Setar (i will talk about this later, insyaAllah). my husband took his annual leave and brought me to the convention centre (how sweet, thanks hubby). after the majlis, we still have time before fetching the kids from school so ask him whether we want to go for ultrasound scan at Dr Halimah Amanjaya Specialist. it was about 5weeks pregnancy, we were quite excited actually.. hehe

the next day, i celebrated Dr Swee and Dr Goh 's Birthday at Overstepped Cafe together with my colleagues. i also TER break the news already.. haha. all of them congratulated me already.

then on 26 April 2018, i woke up around 2am to go to toilet when suddenly i found brown discharge spotted on my panties. dah rasa xsedap hati time tu, but no pain or cramp at that time. Hubby said just go back to sleep mayb it was just implantation bleeding.

the next day i still go to work, already had ceramah merokok (KOTAK) planned with school teacher at SMK Bandar SP. so it is not proper if i suddenly MC or EL that day. bleeding still continue that time, but only small amount. try to ask my fren from OPD whether she can scan or not but she claimed that they dont have ultrasound machine, need to go to ED or KKIA. then i called Dr Halimah back and she asked me to go back to her. i arrived there at about 11 am, she quite bising haha sebab still p keja wp dh bleeding. scan done and baby was still there. she jabbed me 1 shot, then gave me duphaston for a week and 1 week MC. but knowing Hajarhanim who is quite degil, i didnt go back home, i still go to work because its already lunch time, then that day was thursday (working hour just till 3.30pm). agak rugi la kalo mc dah separuh hari kan. sempat lg ajak nicha (DSA) and pah (technician) p makan burger nasi lemak McD. sedap wey. balik klinik pn xda keja teruk pn, just buat reten n banyak duduk ja, kalo xbuat that day mesti drag lagi smpai minggu depan. then around 3.30 pm after punch out ada farewell Dr Jamilah, Sister Z n Kak Hawati kat Cinta Sayang Resort. informed hubby already n dia benarkan untuk p. makan ja kot, no harm i think.

then the next day Jumaat 27 April 2018 bermulalah episod heavy bleeding and cramp. ingtkan kental sangat bleh tahan sakit. hubby p keja, tinggal umi ngan budak2 ni je kat rumah.. sakit sangat sampai husband pn xbleh focus kat keja then ambik EL. sempat snap gambar someting like jelly yang keluar kat pad and send thru wassap kat Dr Halimah. She said just wait, and kalau bleeding tu heavy sangat2 terus p emergency. Hajarhanim kan degil jgk, dalam hati, xpa tunggu dlu.. smpai x tahan sangat baru p. i had a feeling that time that the baby dah xda. tp xconfirmed so assumed lah still ada until confirmed through scan.
Sabtu 28 April, reduced sket pain. tp still ada on and off. dok umah je x p mana2 pn. ada jemputan kenduri umah nicha pn xp sb sakit. then on Ahad 29 April, pain came back, quite severe that i had to telan brufen 600mg. hubby hantar anak2 p school and bawak umi p Dr Halimah balik. it was confirmed that i had a complete miscarriage. huhu. tp alhamdulillah, no need for DnC sb dah keluar habis. Doc gave me another 1 jab, and antibiotic. bedrest for 2 weeks. then i assumed that pantang day 1 started already. uhuuu.. balik tu muntah2 and pening effect dari ubat yg dr halimah cucuk. cramping kuat jgk umi rasa uterus tgh contract kot nak releasekan segala yang ada.

then here i am, writing on this blog, sebab xtau nk buat apa kat rumah... i had my own sweet time at home, mayb Allah nak bagi rest. since earlier dis yr, mak ummi selalu sakit2, started with pemphigus foleacus then leg ulcer, selalu ulang alik balik perlis bawak mak check up. then ayah pulak naik bengkak kat leher. tp xsempat nk bwk ayah check up sb miscarriage, kakngah take over. kerja kat klinik pn makin bertambah patients and makin bertambah program promosi bla bla.. all the requirements to fulfill, so mayb its time for me to take a rest for a while. rawat dlu luka dalaman dan luaran. mayb ini masa untuk lebih dekatkan diri dengan Allah. huhu

mayb insyaAllah i will share my cara pantang in this blog later. miscarriage pn kena pantang mcm org beranak, just cuma 2weeks je la bleh pntang betul2 pn sb MC takat 2 weeks je.
